Hu Lingling, male, born in August 1963, holds a bachelor’s degree and is an engineer. Mr. Hu had previously served as the deputy head of Shaoguan Railway Station of Guangzhou Railway Group Yang Cheng Railway Company, the deputy chief engineer and deputy general manager of Guangzhou Railway Group Yang Cheng Railway Company, the head of the Transportation Section of GRGC, the deputy general manager of GRGC, a staff of the Global Business Department of the Permanent Headquarter of International Union of Railways in Paris, France and the deputy general manager of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link Company Limited. He has been serving as the general manager and secretary of the Working Committee of the Party of the Company since November 2015.
Gong Yuwen
Deputy General Manager
Gong Yuwen, mail, born in September 1966, is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Comission of the Company. Mr. Gong holds a bachelor's degree and is an economist. He had served successively as the deputy director and the director of the human resoures department (party committee organization) leading the personnel department of GRGC and the deputy diretor of the organizational department of the party committee. He also served in the Company as the Party Deputy Secretary and the deputy station master of Guangzhou East Station, the Secretary of the Party Committee and the deputy station master. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspecton Commission ot the Company.
Luo Jiancheng

Luo Jiancheng, male, born in January 1973, now is a Deputy General Manager of the Company. Mr. Luo is a graduate with bachelor degree and is a senior engineer. Mr. Luo served sucessively as the Chief of Investigation & Inspection Division of the General Office of GRGC, Shiweitang Station Master of Guangdong Sanmao Railway Company, Deputy Chief of Transportation Department of GRGC, the assistant of General Manager of our Comany, General Manager of Guangzhou Tiecheng Industrial Company and the Deputy General Manager of Guangmeishan Railway Company. Since December 2016, he has been the deputy general manager of our Company.
Guo Xiangdong

Guo Xiangdong, male, born in November 1965, holds a bachelor's degree and a MBA degree and is an economist. Mr. Guo had previously served as the director of the Secretariat of the Board, the secretary of the Board, the deputy general manager of the Company and the secretary of the Board. He had served as the chairman of Labor Union of the Company from October 2019 to June 2020. He has been serving as the deputy general manager and chairman of Labor Union since June 2020.
Tang Xiangdong

Tang Xiangdong, male, born in August 1968, joined our Company in 1990 and is Chief Accountant of our Company. Mr. Tang is a graduate of bachelor degree and MBA degree and is a senior accountant. Mr. Wang served successively as the chief of Capital Settlement Center, the chief of Finance Department and the Chief Accountant of our Company, etc. In October 2019, Mr. Tang was appointed as the Deputy General Manager & Acting Secretary of the Board of our Company. Since November 2019, Mr. Tang has been the Deputy General Manager & Secretary of the Board of our Company.
Luo Xinpeng

Luo Xinpeng, male, born in October 1965, now is the Chief Accountant of our Company. Mr. Luo has a graduate of bachelor degree and in-service graduate degree and is a senior accountant. Mr. Luo served successively as the Chief Accountant of Guangzhou Railway Vehicle Factory of GRGC, the Chief Accountant of Yuehai Railway Company Limited, the Chief Accountant of Hainan Railway Company Limited, etc. Since October 2019, Mr. Luo has been the Chief Accountant of our Company.
